Professional Workspaces
UC Ventures Co-Working space provides a professional workspace to run a business, as well as being a safe environment to meet business stakeholders.
Startups who are entitled to this facility are the result of curation from startups experts within UC Ventures. There will be maximum 12 groups for 1,5-2 years who can demonstrate outstanding startups performance in this incubation working space, before they graduate to our extended accelerators or investors network.

Monday to Friday start from 08.00 until 21.00
Startup Facilities
- Access to mentors, expert, and facilitators in relevant matters
- Team office space desk for 4 persons complete with Wi-Fi and electricity plugins in each tabel.
- Meeting room with free flow beverages such as water, tea, or coffee
- StartUp Guide to Use Facility
- Working in the designated office space for at least 3 days every week or 3 x 8 working hours (24 hours within a week).
- Willing to do performance evaluation every 4 months.
- Actively contribute to events, such as: demo day, investor day, workshops, competitions and seminars (both as participants and speakers).
- Virtual office services.
- Official office address, mail handling, free access online meeting.
- Access to Start-Up events. Priority invitation from our networks such as Plug n Play,Block 71, Bekraf, Satu Atap, Dilo, Gerdhu, etc.
- Access to experts in legal, finance, digital marketing, and other relevant industry.
