STARTUPSPRINT is a digital-based business problem solving competition as a response to the increasing need for industry to adopt a technology. In this competition, participants will be faced with a concrete problem adapted from global problems that are currently being experienced by an industry.

The revival of the Education and Tourism industry
In general, the G20 focuses on various fields, one of which is in the fields of education and tourism. The G20 Education work focuses on examining the factors involved in facilitating or hindering the right to education and the attainment of higher education, also in the context of a pandemic. On the other hand, the G20 Tourism Working Group (TWG) has become a symbol of economic revival and the recovery of the tourism sector, which is marked by the opening of job opportunities for the community. Therefore, StartUp Sprint 2022 raised the theme of solving problems in education and tourism.

At STARTUPSPRINT 2021, the theme raised is the revival of the Post-Covid 19 economy through technology that is sustainable and environmentally friendly, and can be adapted in a short time by stakeholders in Indonesia. According to data from Jawa Pos on June 16, 2021, the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises increased dramatically during the pandemic.
